Глючит. 1) Каст на хромкаст не работает - на экране тв просто надпись Ланет.тв 2) Архив то работает то не работает 3) часто теряет связь, иногда помогает переключение каналов, а иногда даже перезапуск приложения не помогает

Добрий день. Як можна здійснити оплату бонусами. В мене чомусь не получається. Дякую. в мене є розділ "особовий рахунок" і там нічого з бонусами не відбувається - висять собі просто. пакет фреш я замовив з 16.07 Система постійно просить поповнити рахунок.
Очень жаль, что находясь в другой стране не могу воспользоваться услугами сервиса.
Не доволен я сервисом. Архив не работает: программы не только не начинаются с тех мест, где закончилась предыдущая, там вообще отсутствуют программы, а сегодня целых 8 часов пропало; вообщем, нельзя рассчитывать на архив ланета. С гуглкастом тоже не работает адекватно. Думаю, может отказаться и подписаться на другой сервис с адекватным архивом.

Ужас! Я и с поддержкой общался и ждал пока вы прилодение допилите, но увы сервис ужасный, малайские тарифы и подпрограмма вознаграждений. Третий раз хотел подключиться к вам, думал может перейти с Мегого, активировали пробный период, но нет, ничего не посмотришь, карточку давай. Хрен, учитесь у Мегого как нужно работать, я когда общался с поддержкой по телефону объяснил всё. Сейчас зашёл поставил приложение, обновилось же! А нет, маланцы остались.
В новій версії зробили дуже маленькі літери в списку телеканалів. На телевізорі >=50" може й норм, а на планшеті людям зі слабким зором тепер зовсім нічого не видно
Уже два года не пользуюсь приложением, но постоянно на почту приходят письма о необходимости пополнить счет. Ни в самих письмах, ни в настройках приложения нет возможности от них отписаться, приходится отправлять в спам.
